Katie Angle is a Sr. Associate at Blankenship CPA group and works in the Tax and ASG departments dealing primarily with taxes, payroll and bookkeeping. Katie earned her degree from the University of Louisiana in Monroe with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting.
When it comes to client/accountant relationships, Katie’s main focus is to make every client feel as if they are her most important client. She feels that a strong client/accountant relationship is important so that she can better serve her clients. Katie has a big heart and she cares for her clients and their businesses’ success. Katie is intentional about explaining key accounting and tax concepts to clients in way that is easy to understand, regardless of the level of their business or personal financial knowledge.
Katie is a wife and mother of three children. Her family attends Thompson Station Church. Katie enjoys new experiences and considers herself a lifetime learner. Her most recent hobbies include ballroom dancing classes with her husband and American Kennel Club dog training classes.

Nickie Simone began her accounting career in 2001 as a receptionist in an accounting firm in Franklin. While working at the accounting firm she earned an Associate Degree with emphasis in Accounting from Columbia State Community College. In 2014 she received her license from the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent giving her the ability prepare individual and business tax returns. This license gives her the ability to represent any individual or business in the United State of America. Nickie joined Greg Lemon CPA PLLC in 2016 and. became a Tax Manager in 2018. Nickie is responsible for helping with accounting services and tax preparation for individual and business income tax returns. As she has advanced in her career, the one thing she enjoys most is problem solving; “I love having different issues that arise each day and learning something new to solve each one.”
Nickie and her husband, Michael, have two adult sons. She and her husband live in Spring Hill. She enjoys being outside when away from the office. Additionally, she loves spending time with her grandson Jace.
